For all non-sale items our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not offer refunds on sale items. 

To be eligible for a return:

  • your items must be unopened, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them; and,
  • you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase, the order number, purchaser name, and delivery address.

Items should be sent to: 201 - 560 Johnson St., Victoria, BC, Canada V8W 3C6. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Return credit amounts will be the original purchase price less any shipping fees or credit card penalties incurred by Purgo Tea for the refund. 

If a package is "returned to sender" due to a non-deliverable address being provided, we can send it to a secondary address. If a refund is requested, instead, the refunded credit amount will be the original purchase price less any shipping fees or credit card penalties incurred by Purgo Tea for the refund.
