Ultimate Greens Smoothie

Not only is the Ultimate Greens Smoothie delicious, but it's packed full of energy and nutrients. This is a great "go to" on mornings when you're in a smoothie mood.

Cook Time: 0 minutes
Servings: 1

You will need:

  • 3/4 cup of water or fruit juice (grapefruit or cranberry are recommended)
  • 1 cup kale (no stems)
  • 1 medium apple, cored and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tbsp hemp protein powder
  • 1/4 cup frozen fruit e.g. strawberries, blueberries or mango.
  • 3 tbsp fresh mint
  • 1/2 tablespoon virgin coconut oil or MCT oil
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syprup
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Simply add ingredients to your blender and hit go. Feel free to add a little water to adjust the consistency.
