Not only is the Ultimate Greens Smoothie delicious, but it's packed full of energy and nutrients. This is a great "go to" on mornings when you're in a smoothie mood.

You will need:
- 3/4 cup of water or fruit juice (grapefruit or cranberry are recommended)
- 1 cup kale (no stems)
- 1 medium apple, cored and roughly chopped
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 tbsp hemp protein powder
- 1/4 cup frozen fruit e.g. strawberries, blueberries or mango.
- 3 tbsp fresh mint
- 1/2 tablespoon virgin coconut oil or MCT oil
- 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syprup
- 3-4 ice cubes
Simply add ingredients to your blender and hit go. Feel free to add a little water to adjust the consistency.
