For all non-sale items our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not offer refunds on sale items.
To be eligible for a return:
Items should be sent to: Suite #323 108-800 Kelly Road, Victoria, BC. V9B 6J9 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Return credit amounts will be the original purchase price less any shipping fees or credit card penalties incurred by Purgo Tea for the refund.
If a package is "returned to sender" due to a non-deliverable address being provided, we can send it to a secondary address. If a refund is requested, instead, the refunded credit amount will be the original purchase price less any shipping fees or credit card penalties incurred by Purgo Tea for the refund.
